What a useful service report should capture
For medical imaging sites, the service record should not stop at "attended and running." A useful record captures alarm history, entering and leaving water temperature, operating set point, pump status, condenser condition, pressure readings where applicable, electrical observations, corrective action, test result and recommended follow-up. This gives biomedical, facilities and vendor teams a clearer handover.

Do you work directly on the medical equipment?
Nexgen supports cooling systems and related plant. Any boundary involving the medical equipment OEM is confirmed before work starts.
Can this be added under AMC?
Yes, after equipment and site assessment. AMC or CAMC scope, exclusions, spares and escalation rules should be written clearly.
